i need to write an appeal to avoid an $100 fine. i’ve never been fined before. am i being initiated into adulthood, is this the beginning? a small fine? is the appeal to avoid it some sort of test? if i end up being fined do i lose? will i be trapped in adolescence forever? i am innocent i swear.
